ILC supplied a complete mooring and positioning system for the SEENEOH tidal energy barge installed in Bordeaux. The solution was engineered to ensure precise control of the barge’s heading and station-keeping in a high-current environment.
Scope of Supply
- Four electric hauling winches, 5,000 daN line pull (all layers)
- One automation and load-control cabinet with effort and positioning regulation
- Four sheaves equipped with load sensors
- One thermo-hydraulic power unit
